Reflecting, Reimagining, and Reforming – November 2021 Newsletter

What does a system that meets the needs of all of our students look and feel like? The Reflecting, Reimagining, and Reforming newsletter brings together students, teachers, families, administrators, and content experts to answer that question. By coupling reflection and reimagination with reform, we can create more equitable transformative change for all students.   MAEC believes that all students should be encouraged to see themselves in their lessons and to learn to think critically about both the causes and consequences of inequity and the pathways to equity for all. To explore this topic, we turn to culturally responsive pedagogy and teaching practices.
